The quality of product is quite good but when I received it, it was broken and some broken part of product was stuck in the top of the cap

The shade is great – particularly for brown girls. But what good does that do when I can’t even get the product on my lips. I have to swipe so hard that I’ve had the tip break once and my lips hurt too much so I gave up after a couple of attempts.
Blur – if you are reading this, please work on your formula. Its a pity that I can’t use such a pretty shade.
